We are a small team of 5 people working remotely from London. V12 Management operates in the secretarial, accounting and management consulting sector, helping European entrepreneurs to do business in the UK. The company was born in 2016 after 5 years of professional experience in the field as COO of our founder Filippo Giordano MEng. V12 has had a significant increase in turnover during 2021 and a further big increase is expected in 2022. Now we are hiring!

Responsibilities

Our Clerical / Proof-reader / Web browser Remote assistant will be employed on demand, always remotely, carrying out activities as:

  • basic data entry in a database (capital letters, email format, inconsistent formats, …)
  • browsing the web to collect data on an excel spreadsheet (company names, emails, addresses, …)
  • proof-reading documents in English to eliminate typos and format inconsistencies

Skills/Experience/Education

  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role(s)
  • You are confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • You are confident project managing and delivering on time and budget

  • You live in a time zone that allows you to be available for meetings somewhere between 09.00 and 17.00 London time
  • You have a can do attitude, no job is too big or too small
  • You’re a strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
  • You love being organised and can juggle multiple tasks
  • You’re results driven
  • You’re passionate about remote working

Bonus points if you:

  • speak and write Italian fluently
  • have your own freelancing business and website
  • use as a standard a time-tracking software for project managing and consequent invoicing
  • have basic knowledge of WordPress
  • have basic knowledge of Zoho CRM or equivalent
